I first saw the film just after its release, in a theater in Princeton, NJ.
As a European, I was shocked by how the “Leader of Western Democracy” could have such a fraudulent electoral system… And it doesn’t seem to have changed too much, with other GOP-coups in 2016 and 2024.

It seems Belgium is willing to agree, but only if the EU accepts to carry the legal responsibility/accountability when Russia is in a position to reclaim the funds: Belgium cannot possible carry the full load of the debt.
