There’s no safe bike route on or off of Queen Anne in any direction. 3rd W is the only reasonable bike route on the north side of the hill given the slopes on other streets.

Regulated monopolies are different. obviously there are problems with the utility model, though SCL is not like for-profit utilities, but all are required to serve some definition of the public interest, and they are colluding only with their regulators.
