The theory that dreams are merely the consequence of random neuronal firing is absolutely absurd, or so it seems to me, because there is nothing random about dreams. Dreams are not like snow on a television screen or static on a radio. Rather, they are structured, complex, and complicated.

I got used to Mastodon and its longer posts. 300 characters is consistently shy of ~500 to post the quotes I’d like to.
That, plus an initially negative impression of the users here, makes it unlikely I’ll want to stay. I guess I’ll keep the account active for now. Hopeful it will someday be nice.
