I've been there. I have a hard time making friends in general, but I've put huge time and effort into being friends with people who never really thought of me the same way, and it hurts. And it feels a lot harder to make new friends than it used to be.

I can only speak from my own perspective, but I've been so depressed that I've stopped looking after myself before, and I'm not sure how I would have responded if someone I knew said something to me. I do know that when I finally did brush my teeth, I felt like I had at least accomplished something.

Scaleway seem like they have some cheaper options for 24/7 hosting, but I don't have any experience with them so can't recommend beyond that.

I think Hetzner has a plan that adds up to around €40 a year, not sure of any others. What are you using it for? Do you need compute running all the time?

They haven't mentioned or contacted me since, so I'd rather not make a big deal of it. Since all blocks are public on Bluesky, you can see them in my blocklists, though.

I've been using LibreWolf for years now and have never looked back. I've always recommended it to anyone still stuck trying to un-Google Chromium, or who feels uneasy about the direction Mozilla Foundation has been going.
