I asked Stephen Miller if the White House is considering the US Chamber of Commerce’s request today for small business tariff relief. The Chamber says that’s necessary to save small businesses and stave off a recession. In short, Miller said no.

I asked President Trump in the Roosevelt Room a short time ago if the 25 percent tariffs on countries doing business with Venezuela he announced today would apply to China and if the 25 would be on top of existing 20 percent tariffs.
