Republicans, explain to me how this helps the middle class? You can spin it any way you like but clearly you came down on the side of the banks.

If this reasoning stands, this letter from Rubio could apply to any one of us. Dangerous times, indeed. #freespeech #firstamendment

My native garden is waking up! Spotted bloodroot unfurling alongside bluebells this morning. These spring ephemerals don't last long - nature's reminder to stop and appreciate fleeting beauty.

This is a great snapshot of all the ways Trump’s EPA intends to make our air and water dirtier, while giving rich corporations permission to pollute. We might as well go back to the 1970’s.

I’m told this was the first message that popped up first this morning and then it changed to the one above.

This feels gross.

Went to open TikTok this morning only to find it gone despite the fact that Biden promised to not enforce the ban, pushing it instead onto the Trump admin. But this message from TikTok makes me think the platform is already corrupted.

Each library held a volunteer event to package native seeds so that people could pick them up and grow plants for free! The seeds were all collected by volunteers and Operation Fresh Start crews. Get your community involved in native plantings!

Thinking about replacing your lawn with native plants?

🌱 It’s better for the environment, requires less water, and supports local wildlife, including native bees and Monarch butterflies.

🦋🐝 Let’s rethink our yards!

My community was the location of yet another school shooting today. I’m heartbroken and sickened for the families of the dead and injured, the witnesses, the injured, the first responders, the dispatchers, the police civilians who have to type first-hand dictated reports..the list goes on.

Monarch butterflies depend on native milkweed to survive—it’s the only plant their caterpillars can eat. Since starting our remnant prairie restoration, we’ve found five species of milkweed growing and I photo’d this Monarch ovipositing on a Whorled species. #nativeplants #milkweed #monarchbutterfly

Remnant Moely Prairie in WI is currently under restoration. One of the more surprising native plants that blooms in mid-June is the Eastern Prickly Pear cactus. Cactus in Wisconsin, you say? Indeed!

Seven years ago, I joined my dad and husband in volunteering to restore a WI remnant prairie named after the family who owned the land, post-colonization, but never farmed it. It’s been a true effort of love and I’ve learned so much. More to come! #prairie #prairierestoration #remnantprairie
