I will never understand why people drive like maniacs risking their and others lives just to get to their corporate slave jobs a minute or two earlier. Seems like a terrible way to start the day

Well TBF my experiences with Paul were quite negative most of the time so there's that too. I bet there another side to the story we aren't hearing...Def not trying to defend landlords as my current biz one is pretty bad but the story doesn't mention what the actual issue is

^Granted that was almost 15 years ago so I'm sure things have changed quite a vit

I used to live above Paulie's. I believe Kaldis development (Andrew Kaldis) still owns the property...at least that was my landlord when I was there. They weren't bad landlords when I was there. Never charged me a late fee if I was a little behind. Always easy for repairs. Rent was cheap too.
