Long Run today actually felt really good. It was slick, but I ran all except warm up, cool down, and when I was eating or drinking. Marathon pace limit is 17:10, so I'm trying to keep all runs under that and was successful!

I have been looking at ways to improve energy efficiency in my home. One thing I've implemented is this feline water heater.

I can't get enough of these three. This is where I find them whenever I leave the living room for a few minutes.
