The way I was feeling great about myself before last weekend (I still feel good about myself), but the sudden emotional overload fucked me up quick and intense.

This person has been haunted me for almost ten years!! She’s like a drug to me! I’ve quit her twice, YEARS between each time. One conversation after three fucking years, and I felt like I am hooked right away. I couldn’t focus for a good five days.

Just gone through the dumbest thing in my whole life (getting back in contact with my ex and found out she is with someone) and I finally finally deleted her phone number.
