One minor point that I think is important. Driving can be stressful. I used to commute on the subway in LA. Yes it took much more time than driving. But I took that time to read, and when I got home I was very chill. When I drove I came home super grumpy from the anxiety. I also liked meeting people

I just got my first sale this year. It’s coming out in Baubles from Bones in December. Very excited. Pretty funny to be a newbie author at 62. I figure anyone as lucky as me deserves to be celebrated.
