Same in France, it's prescription only to T2 diabetics, especially those who have "unmanageable" diabetes. My mum's been put on an insulin pump recently, got Ozempic at the same time. All her medical needs related to diabetes are 100% free (paid for by social security)

I fully agree but also, consider, over a 1000+ years, she has to have walked in on random "quests" that ended up nsfw because she can't understand subtext to save her life. or she just totally misunderstood someone bc slang moves faster than her
