Catuesday. After my sweet kitty died, anything white and fluffy made me sad. Clouds. Cotton balls. Dandelions.
This looks enticing, but if anybody bedsides me tried to pet that belly they'd come back with a nub.

Last month was with Peter Buck, and tonight? Peter Buck and Lenny Kaye. Yes THAT Lenny Kaye. He read from his autobiography with a story about recording Horses with @thisispattismith and his bio of @officialwaylon. Legendary
I had no idea how emotional it would make me feel, to see these amazing musicians from the first row and hearing Kevn's music woven in with Lenny's choices and watching Peter Buck watch their hands and play in the way that only he can. My friend said it was like taking a guitar lesson. Or bass or dulcimer. I was so happy to spend the evening feeling so inspired among fantastic company. Oh yeah, and Big Mike Geier was there in the audience, too. Lenny Kaye reading from his autobiography while Kevn Kinney and Peter Buck look on. A very ragged looking amplifier with two books sitting on top. Lenny Kaye's autobiography and his biography of Waylon Jennings Peter Buck playing a six string lap dulcimer.

Clearly, the balls on the chenille bedspread were a danger to me. Gette (Suffragette Kitty) chewed them off one by one. He died in 2017, but I still find chenille balls around the house.
