I started talking about media literacy in my classes but college was the first time I ever heard about it. I think that media literacy should be taught in schools because it allows kids to understand how websites can be biased #sunchat

I think we should show kids that AI can be wrong sometimes, like the example that Jerry showed

I agree! I think AI is just going to continue to grow, so students should start talking about it in a class. Maybe with media literacy as well?

That's awesome! I have not had my classes about lesson planning yet, but I know it can be a daunting task. I think I would use this extension to help me start but I would definitely fine tune some things and proofread it.

I agree with this!
My friend, who is a math major, is starting to do difficult math and she sometimes uses AI to help her with the steps. However, she has noticed that to a certain degree, AI can not figure out her level anymore.

I am looking to be a school counselor for the elementary level. However, I do help in the classroom for local summer programs.

For the question about AI tools, I personally believe that Chat GPT is not that useful. I use AI tools in my online textbooks as they can create flash cards to study! #sunchat

Hi Susan! I absolutely can talk about our discussions.
All of our syllabi mention AI as part of our academic policy. However, I have had some professors allow the use of AI but if used, we have to explain why we used it and how it helped us. #sunchat
