It's one big BS operation. It has nothing to do with drugs . Looks like he wants to put right-wing dictators in power beholden to him not only in Venezuela but elsewhere. He also wants to pillage their resources.

Why would Hauge-seth even know that? It’s not like he ever SERVED IN THE MILITARY. This administration is like 12-year old ostracized former grade school bullies playing “War” but with real weapons and real humans.
