This, to me, is what it means to be CCO: not only steering the creative vision, but living inside of it. Crafting, refining, and embedding that vision everywhere until it feels undeniably Pok Pok.

Now, with YouTube, it’s the same. My husband and I are scripting, recording, filming, voice-acting, editing, even designing thumbnails—all by hand. Nothing is outsourced—not yet. Because for me, it’s important that the DNA of Pok Pok’s style is built from the ground up before anyone else touches it.

I played with it like clay, moulding it into what I see in my head. We iterate, we redraw, we rethink. I’ve physically worked on almost every toy we’ve released—my art is woven into them.
