Land surveyor here. Property records that old are much easier to get a hold of if you physically go to the county courthouse. The county recorder of deeds will probably be able to tell you if they have the records you want but they won't search through the old deed books for you.

I called and they took it down but their system automatically grabbed it from another data broker within the hour and it was right back up. I bet if you hired a lawyer to send them a threatening letter you could get yourself removed from the system entirely but who has the money for that.

It's also taken from public records. For instance in most states if you purchase a home your name is associated with that address in a public records system. Or if you're charged with a crime a ton of info is made available about you.

This info mostly leaks out of other corporations. Say you order a product online. You give them your name, phone #, address. They then turn around and sell that info to a data broker. If a nurse or public official did that it would be illegal but it's OK for amazon to do so.

All I know is that their system associated my phone number with my right wing father's business. It's mostly fascist politicians begging for money. I should try using a service like DeleteMe but back when I was getting 10+ calls a day I was flat broke. It's slowed down since then.

There's probably something like that on the books but our government is basically owned by corporations so I'm sure they have carve outs that allow them to operate. Or they just operate illegally and the fines are just a cost of doing business.

You can pay to look people up online. If you have a phone number or a name you pay them and they'll get addresses, arrest records, social media profiles. If you ask one company to take your info down they will but their automated system will just grab it again from another data broker.

I'd say a decade is feasible but still would require a good deal of luck to get done. Hell, I've seen commercial projects in places zoned for commercial use take 7 years to break ground because the neighbors put up a fight with the township.

It's pretty common for a single home to take 2 years from first permit applications to move in. The fastest warehouse projects I've worked on take about 3 years until they're ready for tenants and that's an empty warehouse built with no special clean room considerations.
