Yes, Harry, yes they are a disgrace...there was an earlier post that suggested we all dress up like ICE agents in our communities, and when ICE agents show up, we tell them we've already detained their latest quotas!

Actually, he's using his Presidential power to deploy troops without a declaration of war. The War Powers Act, passed in 1973, limitsthe president's power to commit U.S. It requires the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of deploying troops and limits deployments to 60 days
