If so why are we not seeing a housing boom? As a retired home builder my associates still in the business are not seeing a great year ahead. Lower margins and fewer homes sold.

Add in flexible zoning for homes to better allow middle housing. Home builders are unable to meet demand due to local restrictions in zoning for affordable homes. NIMBYism pressures elected officials in voting not to approve Middle Housing
