I am exhausted and didn’t sleep much at all but night one of Panzer being home and recovering has come to an end. I’m not gonna lie this is really hard. But there isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for him…

He isn’t doing well pain wise so we are opting to have him board with our vet for round the clock care. Dropping him off in a few hours. If all goes well with surgery on Friday he should he able to come home Saturday or Sunday.
I will be visiting him everyday.

My Panzer boy will need an amputation and wheelchair for recovery/quality of life since he has hip dysplasia and arthritis so losing one of his back legs will be rough without the extra support.

Back at the vet with my 11 year old GSD. My heart dog Panzer who has saved my life over and over again. He is in the back getting sedation for X-rays. His back left leg is badly injured on top of having degeneration in both hips and severe arthritis. Just want to help his pain … my heart hurts
