We have to focuse on the people to change the whole. Give them a perspective and they will follow. Stop make them feel, that they need a government, a management as a leading source. What I am talking about is a network of independent solopreneurs working in a cooperative as a group.

When simple people realise that they can exist without a central government, management structure, they will less vote for a strong leader and instead search for a fair and cooperative, consens oriented structure.
