No worries...a couple are super basic, but have been meaningful to me.

- Going to therapy consistently (this has been huge)
- Taking a walk or something outside for a few min as the sun is going down
- Started taking L-Theanine & L-Tyrosine (natural amino acids) for anxiety, mood, sleep, etc.

You're not alone...this time of year compounds some for me. Seasonal + the grind of the NFL season can wreck shit.
