"I... suppose I do lead a pretty stressful life. Though I can't control that. It just seems to constantly keep coming back."

At this point, he was conversing in fluent Japanese with her, and understanding her perfectly as if she was a native. So many questions, not enough time.

"Well, thank you. I'm not really school educated. Just learned a lot from meeting many people in my time. Hopefully I don't disappoint."

He took yet another sip of his tea, which just brought back images of Japan to him. His beachside orphanage, friends, and loved ones. +

Stressful was... certainly a word that someone can use to describe his life. He lived one full of turmoil, stress. Feeling her hand on his shoulder yet again, he feels relaxed a bit. That motherly nature shinning through, no doubt. +

Recognizing that some of higher class wished it to be that way. He had so many questions, and this was the most important to him, apparently.

"I... yes, of course. If I can ask though, you say it gets lonely in here. Do you not converse with your... servants, or help, however they're labled?~" he was curious, maybe they were just supposed to be invisible outside of her need of them.

He listened to her speak his native language with... no real issue whatsoever. It made his reply take a bit longer than it probably should have. She was gorgeous, yet scary. Welcoming, yet off putting.

She herself was a myster to Kiryu. He had been through so many weird, and strange things, seen some stuff thay would probably make others question their sanity but she; She was something entirely new.

And then she starts in with speaky perfect Japanese? How was she so fluent.

As Kiryu pulled away his lighter, he closed the flip lid. Staring at her with his brown hues, he was questioning what it was she wanted. Even though he knew in the back of his mind, he spurted out. "Do you need anything else, Court~?"

+ "I tend not to make trouble unless trouble finds me first. Do my best to avoid it, if possible. I've dealt with more than my fair share in my life..."

His hues stayed connected to hers, he wanted to let his guard all the way down but, this would require some time.

+ He would pick up the cup soon after taking a seat on the couch. His eyes darted, to each side of the room before back to the woman. He takes a small sip of the tea just to be sure it wasn't laced - it was... delicious. Just like back in Japan.

"Thank you for the tea, ma'am. +

As he traveled, he saw the familiar looking family members. It was... off putting to say the least. How he traveled from Japan to.. wherever this was is a mystery for another time, it seems.

Nostrils caught that scent of green tea, and he perked up. It was like she knew his favorite. +

"One should expect to follow the rules of someone else's home. Thank you, again. I truly appreciate it.

Uh, tea, please and thank you."

As he was being lead by the rather large lady, he looked around and admired the layout, and decorations of the place. She is someone of importance.

"Hm, thank you, Miss Dimiescru." He gave an introductory bow.

"I am, admittedly, a tad lost. Foggy memory on how I got here but... I wouldn't mind staying for the night. If it's... no trouble? I wouldn't want to impose. I feel a bit out of place, if I'm honest."

Having been through some strange things in his life, this one is probably right up there. He strolled through the parlor before coming across a rather tall, curvaceous woman. He raised a brow, looking upwards after she bowed.

"Kiryu, it's - It's a pleasure. This place is very... lavish."

Honestly, that's why I have never showed my face except to those I trust either.

I realize sometimes there are people who would love nothing more than to cause drama for no reason, and if my face attached to anything, they would make it far worse.

It's just beyond annoying and I hate it. :(
