Doesn't this type of behavior get you cited for contempt of court?
Agreed on all points, but especially as a non-lawyer I find the lack of consequences for such bad and illegal behavior astonishing. I don't see how we can expect to stanch the eruption of these types of attempted prosecutions without consequences.
