I personally use Procreate and Clip Studio on iPad. I've heard some very good things about Affinity Designer as well if you're looking for an affordable alternative to Photoshop
But if you're on a budget, Medibang, Krita or Ibis Paint are pretty good free alternatives too :)

Not sure if it'd be much help but SamDoesArts on YouTube helped me a bunch when it comes to coloring and shading. If you're into anime/manga, then Saito Naoki's YouTube channel tweaks viewer submissions with constructive criticism and helpful advice

It definitely didn't help that my best friend at the time was talking mad shit behind my back about my art too. I'm glad to say we aren't friends anymore, and I'm in a way better place now- so why do I feel uninspired?
