A few of the health psych texts have a chapter on alcohol/substance use—off the top of my head, Brannon et al. and Ogden for sure do. If that’s not what you had in mind, a few colleagues at UNM have taught an AUD course. Bet that has some good resources and I could ask for the syllabus.
