A great piece of advice I got, is that there's a big difference between "waiting to talk" and listening.
I realized a lot of times, when I thought I was listening, I wasn't. I was just waiting for "my turn". Once I realized this, I became a better listener and many more could benefit too

Me: I watched shotgun on 4th and short, a WR walk away from a dropped swing pass that maybe was a backwards pass, and a runner drop the ball before crossing the goal line… in the same game
