Since my last update the game now has a win condition (capturing all bases) as well as several UX improvements such as feedback on actions, sprite improvements, and a main menu.

As of right now, the game consists of units, forts, and resources. The core game loop has units capturing forts to gain resources, which can be used to enlist new units on captured forts.

From here I plan to implement a UI to manage unit movement, which will hopefully set a solid foundation for more substantial features to be added in future.
