There is of course always that risk, but that is more reflective of a culture that resents young people than a particular policy. Of course, buses become more equitable and useful for everyone if planned & controlled by regional strategic planning bodies

Absolutely yes! I did mention the success of the YoungScot card, but it seems quite little of that got into the article.

Just goes to show how it's a political choice in England to not have this in place
