Dad. Delta City Councillor. #DeltaB born and raised. Focused on the basics. Fighting to keep families in Delta.
Last night Santa and Mrs. Claus joined Delta for the City of Delta’s Christmas Tree Lighting at the North Delta Recreation Centre. Turns out even the North Pole knows Delta is the place to be for holiday cheer!

Today we honour the brave men and women who served and sacrificed for our freedom. It was an honour to help represent the City of Delta at this year’s Remembrance Day ceremony at North Delta Social Heart Plaza. #LestWeForget

I am tired of issuing calls for the province to step up. I'm tired of asking the province to take responsibility and fix what is clearly broken. I am tired of feeling a complete lack of confidence in our healthcare system.

Delta deserves better. BC deserves better. We need change now.

Fraser Health serves 39% of BC’s population but receives only 28% of the health budget.

Coastal Health serves 22% of the population while receiving 29% of all funds.

The funding gap severely hampers Fraser Health’s ability to meet the growing needs of the south of the Fraser region.

Today we broke ground on a new track for Seaquam Secondary.

This project is a partnership between the City of Delta and the Delta School District, with funding from the Province.

Students, athletes, and the community at large will benefit from this generational investment for decades to come.

Promise made. Promise kept. Today we cut the ribbon on the brand new Ladner Minor Baseball Training Facility. This building - the largest of its kind in western Canada - was made possible through generous community contributions. A proud day for Delta! ⚾️

Thank you Henning and Lisa for hosting tonight’s Ladner Business Association social here at My Original Danish Pastry Baker.

Businesses like yours are what make Ladner Village such a special place. Can’t wait to enjoy coffee and danishes on your new patio this summer!

My semi-regular reminder of a really important reality about cities, density, services and taxes.

Any questions?

Who likes waiting for the bus in the rain? Without a seat? On the Infrequent Transit Network? NOOOBODY!

It can be a pretty offputting or even humiliating experience.

So, massive massive kudos to @cityofdeltabc.bsky.social for installing some badly needed BUS SHELTERS! please keep it up!!! 🙏🚍❤️
