Since we’re on the topic of Manifest Destiny, I’d like to propose a trade:
1. US gets Alberta
2. California, Oregon and Washington form a new province (name TBD)
3. Maine becomes part of New Brunswick, Montana joins Saskatchewan, Minnesota joins Manitoba, and New England states join Ontario
