No matter who the coach is I think the issue with the jets is simply woody Johnson.
It’s clearly a hobby for him and he runs it without investing in the secondary or support elements for the team.
So we’ve had the smallest coaching staff for years, smallest support staff for years and so on

But the important part in pressing them, and getting them away from some of their conservative ideas was largely being kind and trying to understand where their pain was coming from

Sad when these communities have forgotten who they actually are which are the children/grand children/great grand children of people fleeing war/poverty
Like your ancestors were barely allowed in this country and were met with slurs/violence/persecution
