That’s not a very reliable source.

It’s got to be Damet or maybe Courtois, if not them then someone abroad.
December 3, 2025 at 9:34 PM
There’s definitely nothing in the WAA report.
December 2, 2025 at 2:27 AM
I’m sure we already are.
December 1, 2025 at 5:56 PM
I’m optimistic that most of the recent reports I’ve seen only mention Amapadu leaving, and not Damet.

Absolutely not

I’m a fan of Cheba. I would like to see if we can get him on a contract that’s a better fit for us.
November 26, 2025 at 10:10 PM
It’s worth having a conversation. Unless we lose a cb we probably only need one. Unless the plan is to move Zawadzki into midfield. Otherwise I’m not sure he’s the profile we need.
November 26, 2025 at 9:43 PM
Assuming we don’t lose any of our cbs we really need someone that’s dominant in the air.
November 26, 2025 at 9:24 PM
With all the experience and leadership we lost with Nagbe retiring I can see the value. It definitely makes it seem like the new coach will be someone with connections to the club.
November 26, 2025 at 6:32 PM
We were very fortunate to have the best manger in the history of the league. We don’t have that luxury anymore. We can’t force the next coach to work with so many underwhelming players. We need more quality. We can get rid of Gazdag and Aliyu, and spend 10-12 million on a new DP and two u22s.
November 26, 2025 at 5:20 PM
We aren’t close to the cap. I’m also not talking about wages I’m talking about transfer fees. Players like Aliyu, Lassi, Sejdic, and even Gazdag by Dp standards were either very cheap or free, and none of the top teams were queuing up to buy them.
November 26, 2025 at 5:16 PM
It’s not about the style of play. It’s about the profiles that we are missing. He’s really good at creating , and delivering balls into the box. In 2024 he assisted Cucho multiple times in the brief time they had together. We simply didn’t have a 9 that could take advantage of that.
November 26, 2025 at 5:09 PM
I very much disagree on Chambost. Whoever we got would likely not be as good as Morris, but we also simply couldn’t play to his strengths this season. He’s very much underrated.
November 26, 2025 at 5:03 PM
Just look at Cinci and many other we are being drastically out spent. We are constantly going for cheap options meanwhile we are turning a profit on transfers. It’s ridiculous that you think that.
November 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Herrera, and Chambost have both been quite good for us. You are also unlikely to make many “meaningful transfers” when you don’t spend, and that’s on the owners.
November 26, 2025 at 4:50 PM
I guess we will. I’m not sure there’s any logical reason we wouldn’t, but I guess you never know.
November 26, 2025 at 3:04 PM
No chance we don’t pick up his option. His stocks are quite high at the moment especially with the World Cup run. Even if he wants to leave we would still trigger the extension and sell.
November 26, 2025 at 2:55 PM
I’ll add if we try to sell him, and get any money for him it was worth giving him the contract.
November 26, 2025 at 2:53 PM
Surely you understand that you can’t risk losing a $4 million asset for nothing only 7 months after we payed it. It’s just business. If he performed how he did for Philly he could have gotten a better offer from anywhere, and left for nothing.
November 26, 2025 at 3:51 AM
I do not like or dislike this current FO, but the jury is still out. I just think scapegoating Issa Tall is very lazy analysis of our situation. Do you mind telling me what part of what I said you disagree with?
November 26, 2025 at 3:44 AM
Nancy was a huge fan of Chambost, and liked him in the midfield. Also, there was never a scenario where we were going to pay $4 million, and not sign him to a long term deal. Especially when it was a part of the negotiations. Even with his poor season Gazdag still has value.
November 26, 2025 at 3:39 AM
Can’t believe some people want to completely start fresh after all the effort Nancy put in to rebuilding the club.
November 25, 2025 at 9:50 PM
Nowhere currently.
