I made better shokupan. At least better looking and maybe the correct texture. I used a Japanese brand of bread flour which is about 5% more protein than all purpose flour but also less than us bread flour.

Installed a new vanity light in the bathroom, but the arms sagged under the weight of the heavy LED bulbs. Solved the problem by designing and 3D printing a simple support brace. Nailed it on the first try!
