Today I cycled to my work. I hope to do it again tomorrow if my legs don’t resemble old wasp nests that just turn to dust when touched.

I am very aware that as I age it looks more and more as though I’m comprised of some kind of reformed “meat”. I can assure you it’s entirely unintentional.

Today I have been tired and I have been grumpy. The 5am start this morning was rude and offensive.
