It's also an opportunity to introduce unions. If Hen is to turn down captaincy because she wants to focus on family and then I want that logic pushed to the max and for her to become a union rep or sth because it's a way to take care of her 118 family.

Pros of this storyline: Maddie, Josh and Linda (and May??) seen organising and doing things *outside* of dispatch. Frustrating firefighting shenanigans.
