D'Oh! You're right. I mis-parsed your original statement :( And although I don't have the same memory, I'd bet a *lot* of people do ;)

Hm. Did you think "Empire Strikes Back" pushed this weird flex into overdrive? I remember the reveal being a HUGE gut-punch WTF of a twist in a great way. Then we get to "Return
were the next reveal comes out of the blue making no sense at all. Do writers chase their own "Empire" moment?

Read your books and enjoyed them (a lot). Read your posts on Twitter and liked what you had to say and how you engaged with everyone there. And the pro-cat and pro-dog stance cemented the deal.

Love it when a great cover makes you *want* to read the story that leads to/from what you see 😍

Andru and Giordano. *Giants*. They were the first two bronze age artists whose work I recognized and I quickly became a *huge* fan. Love their work whenever I saw it (in whatever combination they worked)....add Hannigan in the mix and you pretty much identify all my fave covers from childhood :).

This book is *amazing*. The art and story are perfection; It's moving, shocking and definitely Dredd at its best.

Aw yea!!!! The 0.35 and 0.40 era of North American comics was my jam...I still remember the covers of so many of those comics to this day. Pure bliss as a kid popping into every corner store, drug store or supermarket hoping to find the new 4 color jolt for the week Good times :)
