E's Birthday dinner tonight. Teriyaki glazed pork chop, butternut squash and string beans for dinner. Cupcake, with obligatory candle for the years.

First attempt to recreate the family stuffed cabbage recipe. Blended a number of recipes. Close, quite tasty, will have to try some tweaks for the next attempt.

Pies, Veggies, Cranberry sauce, are done. The Turkey is dry brining, and waiting for it's ride up to my Mother's for roasting.

Mac and cheese gets done there... Hope everyone is enjoying family traditions...

Dinner tonight was chicken pot pie. Cheated with a pre-bought sheet of puff pastry, and a little egg wash for a nice glossy look.
