Trump was within the hierarchy of a broader scheme. Not running it but a cut out. Not an employee but a set aside. He's paid dividends to the enterprise with some maneuvers this 2nd term. He'll pay more before the endeavor's doors shut, even him out. Maxwell couldn't talk now, she's the linchpin...
