Wild move. Assuming you pay $10M/WAR ($8M mkt rate+20% for being in Toronto- harder to attract FA), that's 50 WAR he has to accumulate. Not hard to envision 0WAR for last 4yrs, so 5WAR/yr for the next 10 years. Gonna be really tough. He has to earn a lot of his salary via recruiting friends to TOR
