I am developing pain in my right hand (one week b4 my birthday so my body really upped the rate of decay) so I’m giving my left more time in the spotlight and I genuinely feel 30 years younger, mostly bc I drew this yesterday and felt as accomplished as never before 🥳🤡🤡🤪

I definitely want to try drawing galadriel at some point when she's in beleriand and then also 2nd, 3rd age galads but argh I enjoy the idea of falmari-phase-Nerwen so much idk man .... also can't stop putting various noldor in little slippers lol #silmarillion

RUMIL! (of tirion) I wanted him to look as smug as possible (needs to be increased in future renditions!), in part because I imagine a base requirement for all the lambengolmor to be intense smugness. #Silmarillion

Also I picked up my Rumil design again, 1) because I still want to explore it more (the driving questions like: is he a pants wearing elf or a skirt wearing elf?) and 2) bc idk but I just picture him as VERY smug. So it shakes things up a bit with the other smug elves I draw lol

Lórien!! part of me pictures him looking much uh, trippier. But this can be his look for events! like scolding elves. or soothing elves. idk actually. I also imagine him speaking very slowly and deeply, like that stoner art teacher everyone had in 8th great #Silmarillion

I recently discovered that I can’t do basic math anymore (like dividing w pen and pencil) and had a minor crisis and thus bought a maths school book lmao.. hopefully once I’m through w it I’ll be wearing that same smug style as cover boy: 😏

Tar-Miriel. Never got around to posting it, also because I struggled so much with, uh, everything here. so now I'm just letting it go haha. also that means I can draw more/new Tar-Miriel, which is good, bc I love her #thesilmarillion
