Looks like the Trump administration and the GOP is attempting a real-world test of President Dwight D. Eisenhower's prediction in his November 8, 1954 letter to his brother, Edwin.
Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance and eliminate labor laws and farm programs you could not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group of course that believe you can do these tings...Their number is neglible and they are stupid.
