Big news this morning:

The long Nationals nightmare is over. The Nats and Orioles have resolved the MASN dispute, MLB announced. Nats get their TV rights back for next season. It’s over. Seriously.

During his rehab in 2023, Cade Cavalli taught himself to paint by watching Bob Ross videos. (And he’s really good at it!)

Painting challenged him. And it mirrored the rehab process: starting from scratch to eventually create a polished, finished product.
