Hiked on the trails in Oak Flats this morning. I especially love this area that I call the “Cathedral of Giants”because there are so many large, older Ponderosa Pines. The wash collects enough run off here to sustain them. Beautiful. #tijeras #eastmountains #newmexico

My Casa & Casita are up in the East Mountains outside of Albuquerque. Up around Oak and Ponderosa Flats at an elevation of 7,500’. A nice mix of Ponderosas, Pinions, Junipers and Gambel Oaks. #newmexico
