This is wrong. No one told anyone they HAD to work. What was said was that if women WANTED to work, you deserved equal pay for equal work and that no profession should be off limits. If there was a failure, blame the economy, run by men, forcing both parents into the workplace to support a family.

Just because 'making it right' would be messy is no reason the court should base their finding on the complexity of the resolution.

If the courts are worried about how to fix it, if they rule tariffs were illegal, they should ask for a full accounting of tariffs in and tariffs spent.
