I'll bite. I thought we were poor last night. Of course I celebrated the win and the breaking of the noisy neighbour's curse, but no way can we be happy with that performance.

I actually thought we played far better on Saturday, but because we lost there was a massive overreaction.

How many times have Rovers scored 3 this season? I'd guess not many. Need to tighten up at the back.

Takes all sorts... as a Wanderers fan I hate our badge, which belongs in the 1970s. I know the author doesn't favour the old 'town crest' type badges, but I would go back to one of those in a heartbeat. #bwfc

BBC are saying that he signed a 2 year extension with Cardiff before agreeing the loan, so they see something in him, or at least think it's worthwhile protecting their investment #bwfc

Great day yesterday, but are some people going a bit over the top? Huddersfield made it relatively easy for us. Tuesday will be interesting - a home game we're expected to win. Can we score a couple and break down a low block, whilst keeping it tight at the back?

I think names like Rooney and Fowler are just thrown out by lazy journalists to fill column inches. Think Board will be far more pragmatic and sensible in their choice #bwfc

I think the Board have done a good job so far with the resources available and am confident that they will find a good candidate. Fan reaction will depend on expectations.

Really liked these kits. Shame we didn't have a stronger team to play in them #bwfc

Question is, will the Board pull the trigger having just backed him with another £1m transfer? #bwfc (2/2)

Sadly I think that's the end of the road now. Evatt's post match interview implies he has no more ideas on how to motivate or improve the team, so we need someone who does. #bwfc (1/2)

Gutted by this. Kyle offers dynamism and more of a goal threat than our other midfielders. Big loss when we need to try to turn our season around #bwfc

Why hate him though? I can understand people thinking it's time for a change or that he's too stubborn, loses his cool, etc. But some of our fans genuinely seem to despise him and some even seem to think there's a conspiracy NOT to succeed. Unnecessary, unhelpful and unhealthy.

Sadly I don't think we're fishing in that pond at the moment. His wages would be astronomical for a L1 club

More derby disappointment. Got to say listening to The Buff podcast last night I was worried how confident they sounded. Wigan thrive on these occasions, we shrink.

Does Evatt know his best team?

Agreed. Is that George Oghani in the background too?

Heard a couple of people say this now, but I'm not convinced. A few times seen Baxter make breathtaking stops. Not sure I can say the same about Southwood, though he's decent enough.
