Saw 2 features at #Frameline49 so far this year in the midst of political upheaval in the world and crazy budget advocacy period in the one of non-profit’s busiest and sometimes most stressful period where everyone facing funding cuts that charges and renew my spirit.

I first heard about Dusty Springfield from her huge hit that she recorded with @petshopboys.co.uk that’s still one of my favorite hits of all time, What have I Done to Deserve This? Then I discovered ‘Dusty in Memphis’ and was hooked!

Just got my hands on her latest posthumous album, Longing…

It’s been amazing and very empowering to join the No King human sign in #OceanBean in San Francisco and then to march in one of the biggest crowd I’ve marched with I’ve ever experienced! #NoKing #ProtestisaRight

headed back home to attend my nephew’s wedding few weeks ago. The first breakfast I got after I landed was my favorite noodle dish that I used to have in the morning when I’m home. It’s called “Lor Mee” or noodles in thick stew with fried fish fritters and chicken.
