You gotta do what you gotta do to survive. Just make sure you have something lined up before leaving your job, better to have a bad job than be stuck with no job

or you could organize and demand everyone get a raise, easier said than done

Sometimes enjoyment/fulfilment/not hating your job can be worth getting paid less, at least thats how I justify what I do. Take time to think and do what you feel is best
