Spice rub was equal parts salt, pepper, onion, garlic, brown sugar and ancho chili powder.
Rescued from heat at 115F and rest for 15m. Came out pretty good!😊

Also made garlic naan using kerrygold butter, 1/2 bulb of garlic, and 1 TBSP parsley flakes.
