What I had to do:
- login to central.sonatype.com and generate a new User Token
- replace SONATYPE_USERNAME and SONATYPE_PASSWORD with the new values in my GHA secrets
- update sbt-ci-release to 1.11.0
- delete the sonatype* keys in build.sbt which referenced s01.oss.sonatype.org
- login to central.sonatype.com and generate a new User Token
