Blend. Add can of coconut cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. I sieved out the solid bits using a conical strainer and a second pot of the same size. Filtered it 4 times.

Biggest pot you have, high heat, add some herbs if you like that sort of thing. Add veggies. Add boiling water. Lower heat once it bubbles. Cook for 30 minutes at least. Literally forget about it.

Toss with oil, curry powder, salt, pepper. Add to a roasting pan with onion and garlick. Oven at 200C, ~45 minutes. Could be less, could be more. Do as you will.
